We strive to deliver within 5 to 6 working days, if possible your order will be delivered earlier.
It sometimes happens that an order gets stuck at the post, unfortunately this is completely out of our control and it can therefore sometimes happen that your order arrives 1 or 2 working days later.
Or worse the package is lost.

If you need an order for a certain date, we always recommend that you order more than a week in advance to avoid disappointment. If something unexpected happens to your package then we still have time to anticipate this and you provide your background in time.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, all orders placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday.

The Lux and Premium can be ordered urgently at an additional cost, if you are not at home with delivery this is unfortunately at your own risk.
Please bear in mind that it may always be the case that an urgent background arrives too late due to an error at the shipping company, or that we cannot meet your request due to force majeure of, for example, a defective printer.

Naturally paid extra costs will be paid back to you in this case.

For the time being, we always advise you to order the backgrounds well in advance to prevent possible stress and disappointment.

The Basic background is unfortunately not available as a matter of urgency, this has to do with the production process which deviates from the above materials.

Can i cancel my order?2020-09-24T20:15:35+00:00

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, we are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., all messages after that time will only be read the next day, take this into account when canceling.
Since we have an automated site, it is no longer possible to cancel after 24 hours because your order is already included in the printing process.

What is the best way to save the backgrounds?2020-09-24T20:11:18+00:00

It is best to roll the backgrounds onto the tube on which they were delivered, thereby considerably extending the life of your background.
You can also use an aluminum or PVC pipe for this.

Please make sure that you always roll the tunnel hem up last!

Are the backgrounds suitable for cake smashes?2020-09-24T20:09:34+00:00

Our Lux and Premium backgrounds are very suitable for cake smashes, these can be cleaned afterwards with a cloth and soapy water, from experience this does not absorb color.
It always remains at your own risk.

Due to the incorporating structure, the Basic is not suitable for this.

The Lux and Premium backgrounds are supplied on a roll and the Basic is delivered folded in a package.

We advise you to hang the background for 24 hours or to roll it tightly on a round tube. If you wish you can iron it at a low temperature (at your own risk).

If your product arrives damaged you can call or email us, we will ensure that a new product is delivered.
This must be known to us immediately after receiving your package and at the latest within 5 working days after delivery.

We strive to print all backgrounds in color exactly as visible on your screen, but there may always be a slight difference in color between the images and the backgrounds.

Unfortunately this is not possible, since we only make our products to order, it is not possible to return a product.

We aim to deliver your order to your home within 5 to 6 working days at the latest. Shipments abroad can take a little longer.

The skirting board that you see with some photographers at the bottom of the background is often a skirting board that you can buy at the hardware store, this is turned on against the background, behind the background you could put a support, or clamp the skirting board to the background.

A tunnel zoom is a tunnel that we stitch at the top of the background so that you can easily slide a (tripod) tube through it. The standard zoom is 6 cm high, if you want a higher zoom you can indicate this in the comments.
